Shara is a Somatic and Energetic Practitioner. Her career began as a professional Dancer and Director for Theater. She has been a certified yoga instructor since 2004 with additional training in somatic movement, prenatal yoga, and nervous system regulation. In 2020, she completed her Energy Medicine Certification through The Four Winds Society with Alberto Villoldo. Shara specializes in working with individuals psychosomatic self through movement, breath, soul journeying, and ritual.

In somatic workshops, she couples an integrated warm up with guided visualization in order to rewire the nervous system. Through breath and body awareness, one can create a state of homeostasis, allowing for all organisms to gain balance.

In personal one-on-one sessions, Shara utilizes ancient Peruvian and Seidr shamanic techniques to work with the luminous energy field (the soul’s imprint) and clear out any imprints or pre-dispositions that would allow for a dis-ease. The role of the practitioner is to then guide their client to understand the origin of the disharmony.

Once awareness of a block has been cultivated, a new “destiny map” can be drawn and the person will be allowed to re-set their personal reality and personality. Perspective, behaviors and belief patterns then follow suit.  The victim metamorphosizes into the hero. Soul craft.
